Behind the Camera – The Henry Ford

For our fellow Metro Detroiters, it’s likely you’ve spent a few days roaming the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn. For those who haven’t seen it in person, it’s remarkable — and one of the most impressive parts has to be their Automotive exhibit. At last count, the exhibit covered over 65,000 square feet and is easily one of the largest of its kind in the world…

Recently though, the museum started some renovation work to enhance the exhibit and make it a better overall experience for its patrons.

So why Midcoast’s sudden interest in the exhibit? Well, aside from a passion for anything with engines, the museum wanted to highlight some of the vehicles and as a result, recently brought our team in to photograph over 100 vehicles from their collection.

We don’t want to give too much away, but needless to say the cars are amazing. Here’s a behind the scenes look at the project:
